Do you have minimum order quantity requirements for your products?
In general, the answer is no, you can buy exactly what you need, for example you can buy 1 cutting tool or 1 container of mold release. We typically sell products such as prepreg and carbon fabrics, by the roll with 25, 50 or 100 LY on the roll, depending on the product. However, there are always exceptions and we strive to supply you with the quantity your need. And if we don’t have it in stock, we’ll find it for you. And please ask any questions.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, then simply let us know and we will either replace the product or refund your purchase. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Do you have Technical Data Sheets on your products?
Typically, we have Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on nearly all of our products, with a just few exceptions. If you see a product you think might work well in your application, just send us a request for TDS or SDS on that product, we’ll send the information to you. What is your delivery time?
Typically, many of our materials and supplies are always in stock and can ship within next day. Some materials may be made to order,such as prepregs (to ensure freshness) and custom cutting tools for specific applications. We are always striving to minimize lead times not at the expense of increased shipping cost. You can always place a blanket purchase order with us for multiple future release dates to ensure the shortest lead time and lowest shipping cost.
Do you offer technical support?
We provide technical support on all the products offer. If you have an application and need a recommendation, or have a product and need guidance, or have questions on any products, just ask. We have a great depth of knowledgeable teammates that can usually answer any question during the first encounter.
